NCIBI Resources

NCIBI resources are currently devoted to development of algorithms, software, visualizations, statistics, and information systems to exploit complex data in solving biomedical problems, and to research support for the four initial driving biological projects. Therefore, costs for new collaborations should be built into new applications through well justified subcontracts to NCIBI investigators.

The NIH does not provide NCIBI with direct funds that are set aside for collaboration; however, NCIBI can provide the following collaborative resources as part of its core mission.

- Access to existing tools and databases

- Help in designing tools and databases specific to your project

- Storage and database space for development purposes

- Guidance and collaborative support for developing algorithms
